It's time for my second round of the Me, Myself & I link-up!
1. What are your top 5 favorite movies to watch during the Holidays?
In no particular order...
White Christmas | Home Alone | Elf | Jingle All The Way | Christmas Vacation
2. It’s the month of giving thanks, what are you most thankful for?
Where do I even begin?!
I have so much to be thankful for.
My loving husband
Supportive parents-- in-laws too!
My wonderful little brothers
My cuddly puppies
Friends- old & new
An amazing church family
A job
A roof over my head
...and so much more.
3. If there was a quote or verse to describe your life, what would it be?
This is a tough one. I think what I want my life to be like is a Proverbs 31 woman. There are so many great women in my life that have led by example and I am so thankful for them. I can only strive each day to be a wife and a woman of good character as God has created me to be.

4. Who in your family are you most like?
Hmm... I think I'm a combo of my entire family.
My Dad is quiet most of the time. But he's got a sarcastic humor. I think I get a lot of my personality from him.
My Mom & I think the same. We have the same opinions on just about everything. We never really went through the typical mother-daughter "fight all the time" phase when I was a teenager and I am so glad. Sure, we had our moments (maybe because we're the same), but for the most part, we've always been close.
My brothers & I are alike I feel. Cody (Army man) is quiet like my Dad. He and I think the same type of things are funny. Sometimes I hear someone say something humorous and think to myself, "Cody would think that was hilarious." Colin (the baby of the family) can be a quiet person as well, but once he warms up to someone...he'll talk and talk. When he was younger he was always the talker of the fam. He is so funny and is usually our comic entertainment on family vacations.
I write all of that just to say that I think I'm a good combo of all of them. Maybe we all are. We are all so close (another thing I'm thankful for) and so we have similar personalities.
5. What is your favorite drink order at Starbucks?
I'm not really a Starbucks fan...GASP!
I just think it's too expensive and I don't really like the coffee that much. I'd much rather get some McDonald's coffee. BUT if I happen to be at Starbucks, I like the Iced Caramel Latte...with extra caramel please.

Great post! I am the same way - Starbucks is too pricy and not worth the premium cost! I'd much rather have a drink from McD's!
Hi Courtney! You have such a cute blog and I'm glad to have found you via the MM&I link-up. I agree with you on the coffee, I'm not a fan either. However, I am a sweet tea (iced of course) addict! Your "About Me" page struck a cord with me, specifically the international missions. I recently returned from my second trip to Haiti in 13 months. It's amazing the blessings one receives when they put their agenda and preferences aside for another. I've never been to South America, but I'm sure the same is true about Brazil. Blessings to you and your husband, plus the two puppies!
Hugs from a new follower,
