I need your help! And I need you to be 100% honest with me. ( I had to throw that in there because for some reason I feel as though people aren't honest about not being able to taste spinach/kale in a green smoothie.)
So? Can you taste the "green" in a green smoothie? I've really been wanting to try these out. I am such a picky person that if I can taste spinach I probably won't like it. Spinach and kale are packed full of nutrients so I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Have you tried green smoothies? What are your favorite recipe combinations?

I've never had one!! hah I'm scared to try them... you'll HAVE to let me know if you can taste the veggies :):)
I drink one almost every morning! I can never taste the spinach, but the kale I can a little bit, unless I do a coffee flavored smoothie. The key to not tasting the greens is to make sure you don't put too much spinach in... start with a handful of spinach or a stalk of kale and adjust... Honestly, you'll notice a difference in your energy if you drink one every morning for a while. Give 'em a try!
I've tried but I just get mine from Jamba. I've been searching for the perfect green smoothie! Ahh.
I am going to stalk these comments! I have been wanting to try one too. But most I find with bananas and I hate the taste of those in smoothies.
I would love to try one too. I am picky as well. I can eat spinach but I don't know abut them mixed and tasting it all together, HA. I am one of those that has to eat one thing at a time and finish it before I go to the next.
I am also visual so I am not sure I could get past the green :)
If you find a recipe that you love, let me know! I do traditional banana/meal replacement mix/little bit of chocolate powder smoothies every day. But I'm up for trying something new!

I've never tried one either, but I've been wanting to. I've heard that you definitely can't taste the spinach. You'll have to let us know! = )
Ok- I tried a combo this morning that you just HAVE to try. One cup of vanilla soymilk, one large banana, two stalks of kale (just tear the leafy parts off and dont actually blend the stalks), a spoonful of peanut butter, and a tablespoon of chocolate syrup (you could do cocoa powder if you're trying to cut down on sugar) and about six ice cubes. Tastes just like a Reese's Cup, I swear.
Never done on with kale, but I add a lot of spinach to mine and I don't think I can ever taste it. I mix it with pear, green apple (sometimes), banana, and almond milk and the sweetness definitely overpowers the spinach. Then again I love spinach so I may not be the best source, haha, but I really don't think it's noticeable at all once it's all blended. Tastes amazing.

Wow, that actually looks super yummy, even with the green colour! LOL xo
I just posted a green smoothie recipe on our blog, you will have to try it sometime! They really are so good and great for you! The trick is adding enough fruit to balance out the bitter taste of spinach or kale :)
My favorite green smoothie is kale, frozen bananas and apple juice. I don't taste the kale it's just fresh and yummy! Add a dash of honey when you're done.. let me know if you try it! :)
I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
