I'll admit, I've never been the girl who's afraid of bugs or creepy crawlies. The video below might prove otherwise though.
On Friday night, I got a call from my mom saying that my grandparents had caught a squirrel in the trap they set in their attic. They wanted to know if Will could come let it out...after driving a few blocks away first! We went over there after I got off work and went up in the attic--that thing was no squirrel! It was a stinkin' rat!
[If you follow me on Instagram you might remember me posting this photo of Remi after he killed a rat in our backyard.(It sounds like the Bubonic Plague is making a comeback in Memphis) I insisted Remi get a bath after having a rat in his mouth.]
Anyway, this is what was in the trap.
My first rat!
We drove a few block away and let it go in a field. I have watched this video over & over all weekend and it is still making me laugh. Make sure to watch the last few seconds if you want a laugh too. (Just ignore my bossy self at the beginning)
Needless to say, it was a pretty eventful Friday night.
Hilarious! I would have died. P.S. We use that same cup to bathe our pups too :)
ReplyDeleteHahaha, I had pet rats (I know, everyone thinks that's weird BUT it's SO EASY to train them to use litterboxes, learn their names and snuggle with you/come when called! Such great pets, really! Hahaha!) and would have been so super excited. So funny it ended up being a rat and not a squirrel, though! Hahahaha.

ReplyDeleteI was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
